5.15.22 - The project consists of erecting 4 buildings for the Closner Equipment Co.

The buildings are Office, Warehouse, Repair Bays, and a Wash Bay.

Total is about 6.5 acres with new grading, drainage, and paving plan. Lot will be fenced with automatic gates installed.

Detention pond had 858 cubic yards of dirt removed per the civil engineering plans for the offset of drained water. This portion of the project is complete.

6.25.21 - We are resuming select fill in the paving areas around pad #8. Cutting the paving sub grade in the west end of pad #4 to be able to get a minimum of 8” of select fill and compacted. Plumbers are backfilling trenches.
