This project includes two ground-up spec office/warehouses totaling 43,000 SF. Scope of project also includes extending the business park's private drive and utilities.  

3.02.22 - Buildings 4 and 8 are completed,

 

2.18.22 - Wrapping up work on Buildings 4 and 8,

 

12.29.21 - Stucco and masonry to begin. Landscaping continues for Bldg 4 and began today for Bldg 8. Electricians are digging up the underground conduit to AT&T's conduit at both bldgs,

 

12.23.21 - Ceiling tile installation continues for Buildings 4 & 8, fixtures are installed in both buildings, receptacles and can lights are going in today in both buildings, and crews are hooking up the condenser units for Buildings 4 and 8,

 

12.16.21 - Flooring continues,

11.05.21 - Waiting on one piece of glass to be installed above the door on Building 8. Plumbers are ready for fixtures as soon as the floors are installed. Electrial work continues for both buildings. 

 

 

 

10.29.21 - The OH door installation continues for Building 8. Plumbers are also installing the water heater and pipe for Building 8. Electricians continue their work on Buildings 4 and 8,

10.22.21 - Crews cleaned and backfilled around the seven new concrete drainage flumes. Crews are installing lights and ceiling grid in Buildng 4. Waiitng on AC materials for buildings 4 and 8,

 

9.07.21 - Northwinds crewmen are working to back fill the south side of Bldg 8, next to the drainage ditch, and dress it up. M&M Erectors continue the wall panel installation on Bldg 4,

 

8.24.21 - Erectors are lifting Bldg #4's roof,

 

8.18.21 - Paving was poured for Bldg #8. Erectors are lifting Bldg #4,

 

7.24.21 - Foundation was poured this morning for Bldg #4,

7.02.21 - Crewmen continue to lay out the sub-sub grade in the paving areas around Bldg. 4 & 8, and are cutting to grade to prepare for select fill,

 

6.25.21 - We are resuming select fill in the paving areas around pad #8. Cutting the paving sub grade in the west end of pad #4 to be able to get a minimum of 8” of select fill and compacted. Plumbers are backfilling trenches.

 

6.12.21 - Windrowing the select fill on Pad 4 and on Pad 8 to help pull the moisture out. Regrading and compacting to get ready for their test on Monday morning. Working on the ditch on the north side of BLDG. 8. Shaping and grading to drain to the pond inlet.

 

6.11.21 - Site crewmen are laying down the select fill that was stock piled yesterday on Pad 4 and began laying down the select fill that was stock piled yesterday on Pad 4. Crews started the first lift on pad 8, compacting in lifts. The plumbers continue working on the 8” water tie in and continued digging their trench. 

 

6.10.21 - Site crewmen began the select fill in Pad 4 and are compacting in lifts.

6.09.21 - Crews are cutting bldg. pad 4 & 8 to sub grade (in preparation for select fill). Running the 324 over pad 8 to compact it. Back filling stabilized. Back filling stabilized sand over the 2 culverts. Began the layout and grading on the north side ditch,

 

6.08.21 - Cutting bldg. pad 4 to sub grade and starting on pad 8 to prepare for select fill. Running the Roller and 324 over pad 4 to compact it.

 

6.07.21 - Starting the 24” & 15” coverts - excavating to grade, building up hdpe bed with stabilized sand, laying the pipe and back fill to 6” from top of pipe for city inspections. Cutting bldg. pad #4 to sub grade to prepare for select fill. 

 

 

Connect Church | New 12,000 SF Facility | Montgomery, TX

1.26.22 - This was such a fun project. Below are final photos of their new church,

 

 

 

11.20.21 - This project is nearing completion. Floor installation is underway, as interior painting continues. Start-up crewmen are installing AC units. The final clean and completion are scheduled for next week,

 

 

11.10.21 - Electricians are tieing in homeruns and pulling wire into the sanctuary, bathroom tile installation continues, and masons continue bricking the exterior. Erectors began trimming the building and plumbers set 5 septic tanks,

 

 

10.19.20 - The ceiling grid is installed and door frames are being installed,

 

 

10.15.21 - The electricians are pulling wire as additional crews clean the site and reset the silt fence. The data wire is also being run.

 

9.12.21 - The glass is installed. Drywall, electrical, and HVAC work continue,

 

9.02.21 - Framers are hanging drywall. HVAC crewmen are hanging the ductwork,

 

8.24.21 - The exterior walls are up and interior framing and buildout are underway,

 

8.04.21 - Erectors have progressed to hanging the pre-assembled roof sections,

 

8.02.21 - Erectors are into their second day hanging steel,

 

7.23.21 - The foundation is cured and saw cut. Steel delivery is scheduled for tomorrow,

 

7.22.21 - Crews began pouring the foundation for the church building this morning,

 

7.01.21 - Crews laid out form boards, and finished digging grade beams. Electricians are working on underground electrical for the foundation.

6.30.21 - Electricians are laying out the underground electrical,

 

6.26.21 - The plumbers continue underground plumbing,

6.24.21 - Underground plumbing continues,

 

6.22.21 - Crewmen cleared shrubs along the drive for the future sign. Additional crews spread lime to speed the drying time of the job site, and laid out grade beam locations,

 

6.18.21 - Crewmen drilled and poured piers. Electricians installed conduit for light poles.

 

5.14.21 - Curbs were poured for the parking area and have cured,

 

4.27.21 - Crewmen are pouring the parking areas today,

 

3.16.21 - Crewmen continue their work on the pond outfall, digging out the second box, with stabilization, rest box and pipe, backfill, and dress up,

 

1.12.21 - Site crewmen continue excavating the detention pond and grading the site,

12.23.20 - Crews are clearing the site to prepare for the church's building pad,

 

Sitework will soon begin for Connect Church's new 12,000 SF facility. The new church facility will include a sactuary, class rooms, and administrative offices,

6.01.21 - Started dropping ceiling tile and began final clean. Fire Marshall performed visual and hydro test. Approved to cover ceiling.

5.29.21 - Electricians are hanging lights, hanging new exterior wall packs

5.26.21 - Passed ADA inspection. Restroom stall doors are hung with hardware installed,

5.25.21 - Flooring crews are setting core base and addressing punch items. Fire Marshall visual is scheduled for June 1st. Furniture delivery is scheduled for June 7th.

5.24.21 - Electricians are labeling and tracing circuits. Concrete crew in to form and pour lab trough.

5.20.21 - Painters are painting out the walls. Plumber added a check valve on the circulating line. Electricians installed wiremold and plates.

5.19.21 - Crews are setting all window blinds. Painters are painting out all walls.

5.17.21 - Restroom mirrors are installed. Bad gaskets have been relaced on exterior windows. Glass sidelites are set. Electricians are setting devices. Painters are applying final coat.

5.14.21 - Crews are installing lavatories in break room and the copy room. Plumbers are finishing their fixture installations. Electricians are setting two fixtures in the restrooms,

 

5.04.21 - Electricians are tying in the lights. Sprinkler heads are being installed. Tile installation is underway in the restrooms and front store wall. Carpet is being installed on the West side.

 

5.03.21 - HVAC removed the existing rooftop units (RTUs) and set new RTUs. They also ran condensate lines, insulated vav's and copper linesets. Electricials set light fixtures and dropped whips into fixtures, and set pub panels in the electrical room. Fire sprinklers are being installed on grid, and the ceramic tile is being installed in the restrooms, and west office areas. The roofers started cricket on the North side, and are repairing the roof areas in the NE corner,

 

4.28.21 - Plumbing and Electrical rough-in are complete. Walls are taped and floated. Drywall crew are installing the ceiling grid. IT contractor is running data cabling,

 

3.16.21 - Crewmen began hanging duct work, and are saw cutting areas of slab to be removed for plumbing and electrical,

 

3.11.21 - This project includes remodeling 9,188 SF of office, 273 SF of lab space, and 679 SF of warehouse.

FedEx Distribution Center | Parking Lot Expansion | Webster, TX

12.11.20 - Crewmen are to hydroseed the areas surrounding the new paving, and install new light poles,

 

 

11.24.20 - The parking lot expansion is complete, just in time for FedEx's holiday rush season. Crews are back filing and sweeping,

11.17.20- Pour #1 of the south parking is complete. Crews are tying steel for Friday's pour,

11.10.20 - Crewmen are installing the catch basin, and setting forms for the south parking lot,

10.27.20 - Site crew continue the mass grading for the south parking lot expansion.
